Kulp & Associates, LLC, provides statistical consulting services to business,
industry and government, especially in the areas of quality control and statistical
auditing. Our primary effort has been the development of the Tax Stratification
and Estimation Program for Windows (TSEPWin), a program which assists auditors to
design and evaluate statistical audits of taxpayer records. In addition, we provide
two free utilities, Null Checker and Acceptance Sampling Design.
Null Checker is a Windows utility that checks Microsoft Access, dBase and Microsoft
Excel files for null and non-numeric fields.
Acceptance Sampling Design (ASD) is a Windows program for designing a sequential
acceptance sampling plan.
My goal is
to provide the finest in statistical consulting and sampling software at affordable
prices. TSEPWin is comprehensive and technically accurate without being overly technical.
